Dear Clients,

With all of the new initiatives taking shape at Zynx this year, it helps to remember that they are all united under a singular focus. We remain dedicated to you, our clients, with a special emphasis on providing new and innovative ways to facilitate collaboration—both within your organization and across our client base.

To this end, we are excited to have recently released a significant upgrade to our AuthorSpace online work environment in order to support widespread collaboration across your organization. Version 1.7 includes a host of new features to help engage clinicians in building order sets and interdisciplinary plans of care, as well as new project management features to keep your projects on track. For our clients that have yet to go live with CPOE, AuthorSpace 1.7 also includes improved formatting tools to create paper-based order sets. And be on the lookout for more information on AuthorSpace 1.8, which supports interactive PDF order sets, expanded print functionality, and new integration tools.

A different form of collaboration will be on display at the upcoming Zynx Health Conference, which is just a few short weeks away and will take place in San Diego, California. I always look forward to this event with great anticipation, as I have the opportunity to see old friends, meet new clients, and hear firsthand about your experience with Zynx solutions. It also provides a valuable chance for our clients to interact with one another and to share best practices and success stories from their organizations. In addition to the great networking opportunities, I hope you will take advantage of the educational offerings in our new track sessions. The ZynxOrder track session will feature vendor-specific panels highlighting client best practices on integrating Zynx order sets into specific CPOE applications. And our ZynxCare dedicated track session will feature interactive client roundtable discussions centered on implementation and models of use for ZynxCare.

I have received a great deal of meaningful feedback from clients over the past few months. Please continue to let me know how Zynx can better support your efforts to measurably improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of patient care.

I look forward to seeing you next month in San Diego!

Sincerely,

Scott Weingarten, MD, MPH
