Expedite the Order Set Build Process
Zynx Client Services offers targeted programs and services at all four stages of the client life cycle—Implement, Build, Deploy, and Measure. The ZynxOrder Acceleration Program has been created to reduce the amount of time and effort required to customize order sets in AuthorSpace. The Medical Affairs team works directly with your clinical leadership to gather existing paper-based order sets and prioritize the reconciliation process. Your Medical Affairs colleague will ensure that your organization’s existing paper-based order sets are “rebuilt” in AuthorSpace, and reconciled with the corresponding Zynx order set templates. 

The result? Online versions of your paper-based order sets updated with suggested orderables from the Zynx templates, blue ribbons to indicate key performance measures, and hyperlinks to the Zynx clinical evidence summaries. Your clinical leadership will be well positioned to reach rapid consensus in preparing the order sets for use at the point of care. 

Get Evidence-Based Order Sets from Zynx to the Point of Care…Faster
For those clients wanting to use paper-based or intranet-based order sets, Zynx has documented best practices and templates to get the order sets on the floor sooner and increase physician acceptance. For those clients wanting to accelerate their computerized provider order entry (CPOE) go-live, Zynx has strategic agreements in place with many of the major third-party CPOE vendors, and has outlined each system’s unique integration requirements. Zynx Medical Affairs will apply this vendor-specific blueprint to finalize the structure and layout of the order set files and prepare them for migration from AuthorSpace to the CPOE environment.
